Q: When will my campaign start?
A: Your campaign will typically start within 24 hours of placing your order.

A: Yes, simply email us and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you deliver my campaign within a certain time frame?
A: Delivery is a matter of inventory and we cannot predict exact delivery. Other factors that can effect your campaign delivery speed include the number of campaigns running at one time and if you choose to geo-target your campaign.

Q: My campaign is not resulting in sales. What can I do?
A: Advertising is a "try & learn" situation. You may want to try splitting your campaign between separate ads and gauging the performance of each.

Q: How can I track my results?
A: You will receive a login that will allow you to track your impressions, conversions, and/or clicks. In some popup/under cases, you will only be able to track impressions.

A: No. We only count ads that are actually displayed to users.

A: Yes! Your ads can be geo-targeted to almost any country in the world. You Keep in mind that traffic levels vary for each country and geo-targeting generally lengthens the time that you campaign will run.
Q: Do you have other geotargeting options?
A: Yes! In addition to geo-targeting by country, you have the option to target your ads by continent or language.

Q: Are there restrictions on my ads?
A: Yes. Your website must have legal content and cannot contain any other popup/under windows. We do not accept sites that contain scripts that alter the visitor's computer. See our terms for additional restrictions.

Q: Can you guarantee that I will make more sales?
A: No, we cannot guarantee you will make sales from your advertising campaign. We can only guarantee that you will receive the quality visitors that you ordered. The performance of your campaign will be a result of the your product and website presentation.

Q: Why does your reporting show more visitors than my visitor counter?
A: Most hit counters do not accurately track popups or popunders. Our stats will register one visitor each time your site is loaded to a visitor by our servers. If the visitor closes the site before it loads, it may not register in your own web counter, but it will track in our reporting.
